This Privacy Policy explains how Kyle F Ross, doing business as Ross Fitness ("Ross Fitness," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rossfitness.net, contact us, book a consultation, or sign up to receive text messages from us.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and deliver coaching services:

• Contact information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number, when you submit a form, use our chat widget, book a consultation, or contact us by phone or email.
• Consent preferences, including whether you have agreed to receive marketing text messages, non-marketing text messages, both, or neither.
• Health and training information you choose to share with us, such as injury history, training goals, or physical limitations, so we can coach you safely.
• Website usage information, such as pages visited and general location, collected through standard web analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations or training sessions.
• To send appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and service updates.
• To send promotional messages about programs, offers, and availability, but only if you have separately consented to marketing messages.
• To design and adjust your training program safely.

• To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

SMS Text Messaging and Mobile Data

If you provide your mobile phone number and give consent, we may send you text messages. Consent to receive text messages is never required in order to submit a form, book a consultation, or purchase any service from us.

We use two separate consent choices so you control exactly what you receive. You may opt into marketing messages, non-marketing messages, both, or neither. We send only the categories you have affirmatively selected.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade, rent, or exchange it with outside marketing partners for their own promotional use.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers we rely on to run the business, such as our scheduling and client management platform, our payment processor, and our messaging provider. These providers act on our behalf, under contract, and may use your information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our staff, or the public.

As stated above, mobile information and SMS consent data are excluded from all sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a client and for as long afterward as we need it to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unreadable.

Your Choices and Rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
