Why Harvard Adults
Train at Ross Fitness

Harvard's a small town without a real coaching gym — so most people end up at a big-box where nobody knows their name or their bad shoulder. Ross Fitness is the opposite of that: a small room, a real coach, and a program built around the exact body you walk in with.

We already coach several members from Harvard, and the story's the same every time — they were strong once, life got in the way, and they needed someone paying attention again. With max 4 per session, you're coached on every rep, not left to wander between machines.

Your Own Program

Built around your body, your history, and your goals — never a shared template off a screen.

Coached By Kyle

Every session, the owner — not a rotating junior trainer. 20,000+ hours on the floor.

Max 4 Per Session

Real attention and hands-on cueing on every rep. You're never lost in a crowd of 25.

Built Around Injuries

Post-rehab specialist coaching. We train around your bad back or knee, not through it.

I have 3 babies — the youngest 7 months — and didn't think I'd ever get back to where I wanted. In 4 weeks I'm down 3 inches. He tailors everything to your needs and makes it fun. Best trainer around!

I started as a complete beginner to weightlifting and it was the best decision I made for my health. As a busy professional I didn't think I had the time — Kyle built me a realistic, sustainable program. If you work 9-to-5 and want to finally learn to lift, he's the trainer you need.

Questions, Answered

How far is Ross Fitness from Harvard?

About a 10- to 15-minute drive (7–8 miles) — we're at 12 Central Ave in Ayer, with free parking right outside. Several of our members come from Harvard each week.

There's no real coaching gym in Harvard — is Ross Fitness the closest option?

For genuine, owner-coached strength training, yes — Ross Fitness is the closest serious option to Harvard, about 10 minutes away in Ayer.

What are your hours?

Morning sessions only: Monday–Friday 5 AM–1 PM, Saturday 6–11 AM, closed Sunday. If you're an early riser who wants to train before the day takes over, it's a perfect fit.

I've got an old injury — bad back, bad knee, bad shoulder. Can I still train?

That's exactly who this is built for. Every client starts with a movement screen, and Kyle is a post-rehab specialist — we train around your history, not through it.

What does it cost?

Ross Fitness is premium, fully individualized, owner-coached strength coaching — not a big-box membership. We'll walk through the investment together at your in-person consult.

What if it turns out not to be for me?

Train with me for two full weeks. If you don't feel stronger, more confident, and more capable than when you walked in, I refund every dollar. No questions, no fine print.
