I didn’t start this to become a coach. I started because I needed to rebuild my own strength — and help the people I love do the same. Over time, I realized most busy professionals don’t need another extreme program. They need a system that builds muscle, restores energy, and fits their real life.

Absolutely. Our system is designed for busy adults in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to rebuild strength, energy, and structure — without burning out. We don’t rely on metabolism “hacks.” We rebuild muscle, movement quality, and momentum that lasts.
Nope. You’ll train at our private coaching facility — not a crowded gym. Every session is expertly coached in small groups, with personalized guidance built around your goals and fitness level.
All coaching is led by the owner — not passed off to part-time trainers. You’ll get expert eyes on every session, personalized nutrition guidance, and direct access to someone who’s been in the trenches for nearly two decades. You’ll also receive more than what’s promised — extra accountability, extra communication, and a coach who genuinely cares about your results. From in-person coaching to private messaging in the app, we’ve built this system to give you everything you need — and more — to succeed.
You can train as few as 2 days or as many as 6 — it’s up to your schedule. Most clients train 3 to 4 days a week and see major gains in strength, confidence, and consistency within the first month.
Once you join, you’ll get access to our ThriveCoach app where you’ll find your workouts, progress metrics, and check-in tools. You’ll be able to message your coach directly, track your habits, and stay connected to your program in real time.
